Newly discovered negatives of Don McCullin’s trip to Berlin..

In the anniversary year of the fall of the Berlin Wall it is wonderful to be told of recently found negatives of images from Cold War Berlin taken by one of England’s greatest ever photojournalists, Don McCullin.

Berlin was and remains a fascinating city and a history contained within its walls which is quite unlike any other. McCullin knew how to get the shot he felt best represented a time and a place and these new images surely achieve that.
